NAD+ stands for Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide. This is a molecule found in all living cells. It is as important as food, water and oxygen.

In order to produce ATP (adenosine triphosphate) for our mitochondria to work, it is critical to have enough NAD+. As we age, NAD+ levels decline. The higher our NAD+ levels are, the better our cells function.

NAD melts

This is the active form on NAD+ delivered as pleasant tasting lozenges that quickly dissolve in the mouth. This form of NAD+ is great to help maintain NAD levels and is beneficial for gut health.

IV NAD

IV involves inserting an IV like all our other IV nutrient therapies. This is a 3-4 hour IV session; depending on what we are treating, can be used with specific protocols or as needed on a monthly basis.

Intranasal NAD

We use a soft, flexible, latex-free catheter (SphenoCath which is a FDA cleared product) to insert in the nares so we can access the sphenoethmoidal recess.  This is the top and back part of the nasal sinus passageway. When medication is administered, (i.e NAD), we are able to reach some of the branches to the trigeminal system. When the trigeminal system has been impacted, this can lead to problems including trigeminal neuralgia, migraines and headaches (including post-concussion), as well as sinus problems. Targeting this area with appropriate medication, can bring relief in most cases.

This is a simple, quick procedure, requiring the patient to lay down flat.

This takes just a few minutes to complete, and then requires the patient to lay down for an additional 10 minutes thereafter. This allows for complete absorption of NAD.

NAD+ nasal spray

This is a daily nasal spray that is particularly good for those who suffer from fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, depression or cognitive decline.
