Why Is Your Bra So Uncomfortable? – Video
Bra so uncomfortable, it could point to a health issue?
What you will learn about
Summary
Uncomfortable bras can exacerbate symptoms of a hiatal hernia, especially if they are tight or push on the stomach.
Tight clothing like bras can increase pressure on the abdomen, making symptoms worse. If you have a hiatal hernia, it is important to wear comfortable clothing, including bras, that do not put pressure on your stomach. It may be helpful to choose a bra with a looser band or one that is designed to provide more support without constricting the stomach area.
Additionally, you may want to avoid wearing tight clothing or belts that can further increase pressure on the abdomen.

If you’re a woman and the second you walk in the door at the end of your day, you just can’t wait to rip off your bra.., this video is for you.
Why is that? Now, it’s just one thing saying “Hey, you know, I wanna get comfortable”, fine, but if it’s this “oh, I can’t wait to get this thing off of me”… What that is often about is the fact that your diaphragm is not moving well.
Your diaphragm is that sheet of muscle that cuts us kind of right where that bra line is. You’ve got the heart and lungs above as major organs. You’ve got all your digestive organs below.
So whether you have Hiatal Hernia Syndrome (if you want more information on that, there are many videos on the topic on this website) or it’s the fact that your digestion is poor and you have a lot of bloating and gas (which increases what’s called the intraabdominal pressure, the pressure within your abdomen), it’s forcing that pressure up there. And as the pressure is coming up, the diaphragm can’t move up and down as well as it should, and it’s creating that pressure and tightness.
Again, it can just be bloating, it can be gas, it can be acid reflux… but this is a symptom of a deeper problem that you shouldn’t ignore.
Please read more on Hiatal Hernia Syndrome. A bra so uncomfortable you need to get rid of it as soon as you’re home could point to a health issue that needs to be addressed.
