Chocolate Berry Tart
The combination of berries and chocolate is pure bliss! This healthy dessert is enough to impress and super easy to make. Perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 tbsp date syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup Lily's chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Berry Preserve of your choice
- Fresh berries to top with
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, cacao powder, coconut oil and date syrup until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into a parchment lined pie dish and store in the fridge.
- In the microwave or on the stovetop, heat up the coconut cream until it begins to bubble. Place the chocolate chips in a bowl and pour the coconut cream over them. Do not stir for 1-2 minutes so that the chocolate has time to melt. Add the berry preserve to the bowl, and mix until it is nice and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust, top with berries of your choice, and refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy!
