Coconut Kale Green Smoothie
Smoothies are popular but sometimes they taste great but don’t have the healthiest ingredients in them. It would be difficult to find a smoothie that was healthier for you than this coconut kale green smoothie. Coconut is an excellent fat that keeps you full and actually helps you lose weight. Kale is an amazing green that is anti-inflammatory, has protein and is bursting with antioxidants. Try this and let me know how you enjoy it!
Ingredients
- 2 medium to large fresh organic kale leaves ribs removed
- 1 cup organic unsweetened coconut milk plain or vanilla
- 1 organic banana
- 1/4-1/2 tsp organic cinnamon
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 tsp organic maple syrup Optional
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in the blender and combine until frothy and fully blended. You can taste to see if it needs any maple syrup or not.
