Healthiest Green Smoothie

Green smoothies are popular, but how do you ensure it’s not only healthy, but tasty as well? Learn a few simple tips on how to optimize flavor and health benefits, both!
Ingredients
- 1 organic lemon juice of (Meyer lemons are sweetest)
- 1/2 cup organic orange juice
- 1– 1 1/2 cups organic baby spinach
- 1/2 cup organic frozen or fresh raspberries
- 1/2– 1 organic banana
- 1/4 cup organic raw cashews or almonds
- 1/2 cup of ice if you like it extra cold
- 1 inch organic ginger chopped
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
