No Bake Brownies 4 Ingredient Gluten-free, Dairy-free Brownies
Delicious 4 ingredient no bake brownie recipe, gluten free and vegan. An easy and healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of organic walnuts
  • 1 cup of organic cocoa powder
  • 2 cups of organic pitted dates
  • ½ cup of organic almonds coarsely chopped

Ganache

  • ¼ cup of organic coconut milk
  • 4 oz of organic of bittersweet or semisweet chocolate.
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon on organic coconut oil

Instructions
 

Brownies

  • Add walnuts to the food processor until mixed to a powder. Combine the cocoa powder to the walnuts until mixed.
  • Add the dates until ingredients becomes a thick dough (add a few at a time) you might not need the full 2 cups. Make sure dates are pitted before putting them into the Cuisinart food processor. Tip: before you add the dates let them sit in hot water for about 10 minutes so they become nice and soft.
  • Place parchment paper inside an 8×8″ glass or metal. Add the brownie batter to the pan and sprinkle the almonds on top. Press the almonds into the batter and flatten in the pan until fully flat and even. Place in the fridge to harden for 15 to 20 minutes.

Ganache

  • Combine all ingredients to a sauce pan on low heat until the chocolate is melted.
  • Add the melted chocolate to the cooled brownies and re-cool for 10 minutes until ganache is hardened.
  • Pour yourself a glass of coconut milk and enjoy!
