Vegan Chocolate Fruit Dip
Can decadent still be healthy? This recipe proves the answer to be yes. With “nutella-type” products and other really unhealthy chocolate dips out on the market, this recipe is truly miraculous. Why?It manages “deliciousness” without dairy, sugar, gluten, or bad oils! That is saying a lot. There are a few dairy-free yogurt options available to you. Kite Hill, as suggested here, is made from almond milk. Coyo, also greek-style, is made from coconut milk. The greek-style version is a “must” to maintain the thick consistency, but you can try a few to decide which flavor you like best. Just make sure you’re buying the unsweetened variety. Please let us know how you enjoy it.

- Transfer all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined. Taste and decide if you need more cacao or maple syrup.
